Vortex00 finished all the new aria backgrounds, there are 10 but only 4 are show below. I tried to make them in such a way where they sort of transition into the next area. I also tried to make each area that has a planet fairly interesting. And later on as part of future updates, I plan to have information for those planets which was one other things suggested earlier by Eriot. For now I am waiting on lines from a VA I found. So once those are done and in the game I’ll go ahead and release it at whatever it’s current version is around the net and gauge interest level.

Absolutely gorgeous, I love starscapes, 1,3 and 4 are all brilliant, something keeps catching my eye on 2 though I think because of the opacity on the planet? or the star layer being placed above it the space between the viewer and the planet has lots of light that catches the eye and makes the mind doubt if it is a solid object, not sure if this is intentional and they’re all still beautiful, great work vortex.
My intention was for it to be solid yes. However not all of those particles are stars… heh.
Yeah it is why I wanted to write a description of each of the plants as you pass them. Kind of of like how the dossier works in the game currently as you encounter new agents. But for that planet, I was thinking it shoots out light particles from the surface into space. That is what I was thinking when I did that. it actually has two planets in the complete image. These are only small parts of a bigger pic.
In the umichan universe those light particles would probably be natural Kahlei. Too dangerous to get close to it. and in the particles are too spread out to harvest energy from.
or something like that heh.
