Vortex00 SVP stuff:
today my wacom tablet became unresponsive after a short power outtage. It has survived power outtages before so idk what is going on. I tried multiple solutions on various forums, reinstalling drivers, new drivers, power cycling, disconnecting and reconnecting, restarting the service, etc. but nothing is working.
So I already have a order for a new one to arrive by Tuesday evening. I bought a intuos pro today, but I can’t use it. I need to be able to look at the screen I’m drawing on. Maybe after my new one comes in I can give away this one I got today. If you are interested let me know, if not it’ll probably just collect dust. patrons would have preference here.
Umichan stuff:
Unfortunately there is not much to say here. I sent ttrop ton of new stuff for the cafe minigame to do but to my knowledge he hasn’t started on any of it or sent the payment info for it. I might need to draw the outfits and stuff myself to speed this up, but I can’t do much until I get a new tablet next week. I tried today and I can’t get my lines like how they need to be.
jccq89 mentioned I should try to make a clicker game. something like sakura clicker.
So I might look into doing that with Umichan stuff. I think if I combine elements from Maiko Quick Pic and spa tap, it could be pretty fun.

ARIA stuff:
I need to send pinoytoons new animation details for next month. The Kim anal stuff is currently complete.
I know many wanted to have the existing character have more animations, but I will probably do a alien girl this time around. I want another non-normal looking person there for extra side missions and stuff. Might be paizuri also. so. alien boobs. I think the next one would be more added to the main girls.
currently what I have that is not yet in the game:
– Ari side story sex animation
– Amp side story animations
– AI robot animation
– Kim animation
so I will work on getting those into the game. For now I am expanding on the other little combat system I made for this side story stuff.

I’m a huge fan of the couple of alien races that have been shown for Pinoytoon’s Rogue Courier so far. The crew member Rakashnia along with the two women in his Captivity flash. Very distinct, very unique designs that are also believable as aliens.
Not really into monster girls so idk we’ll see. But it will probably be a more human looking type character you mentioned for starters. I’m still thinking about it. Yes pinoys alien girls look believable but I’m not too fond of them in relation to being in sexual situations. especially rakashnia. I’m kind going for the sexual aline here I think over believability for this first one at least. get peoples feet wet, including mine.

I’m sure the donors want you to use better tools creating the games. You would think wacom would make these wireless. Also you might want to get a anti power outages power adapter.

The intous pro tablet is actually worse than the one I had which was the cintiq 12wx
the tabled i ordered was a cintiq 13hd which is the next model above 12wx

Damn it Vortex, why did you introduce this game to us!? Now I’m stuck playing Sakura Clicker because I want to see all the types of girls they have. I wish the background changed though. If you were to make a clicker, you would need a LOT of varieties of the same shit. Sentinels have different colors, sure, but people need more detail in their variation. And backgrounds. More backgrounds would be good.
my bad. I played it myself but i don’t see the addiction. I stopped after area 3-3 or something like that. I considered a ARIA theme but I think Umichan would be better. There is much more to work with. but both are possible. i was going to post the ideas I had for it later.
Well, some of the elements from Sakura Clicker in terms of enemy design are as follows: a set of poses that serve as the base of the enemies, varying hairstyles and colors for those poses, random facial expression and eye color for those poses (including the “hit” facial expression), a fuckton of different enemies with a new enemy added at the end of each zone, and different outfits for a specific enemy type and color variations on those outfits (aka, there may be three different looks for one enemy not including changing color). My beef with clickers is that there is no END. There is nothing to work towards, there is just KEEP GOING. But you are immune to clickers, so good on you!
Yea I really don’t get that game, like at all. I upgraded my followers to the point that they were taking things down automatically in a matter of seconds but like… so what? Near as I can tell there’s no nudity. You get new girls every time you beat a boss, but again no nudity so… what’s the point?
Because the girls are cute anyway and a game doesn’t need nudity to be enjoyable…?
Of course a game doesn’t need nudity, but it needs some kind of ultimate objective. Clicking on progressively harder mobs just so you can upgrading your clicking so you can click on harder mobs isn’t that fun for me.
Yeah, I fortunately don’t even BEGIN to understand or fall prey to the appeal of clickers myself.
