Vortex00 testing the boxing minigame stuff.
Took me about 1.5 hours to build up to where I could beat Jeni. Seems about right. For some it might take more or less time.
It seems to be almost ready for a small test.
the music playing is something I planned to have in the game so I am interested in thoughts.
socialize dialogue for boxing is not done.
earlier I mentioned the game keeping track of how many times you see a person in socialize to continue a quest. But that requires me adding those values to the save code which I don’t want to because I want to keep it as short as possible. Adding that will easily extend it by 30 variables or so. Instead I will just keep track if you saw the person that day, and it’ll reset after sleeping.

So how does the ‘fun’ come in to play with these activities? Also is there a schedule we have to follow (or mess with encountering consequences)?
no schedules. Everything is the game is manually triggered. Thoguh at times you may be unaware you are going to trigger something.
the “fun” as you call it depends on the activity. In boxing I plan to have it as a option specifically when you lose to David. In the cafe Maiko have can send out friends to entice customers to be serviced later in a separate minigame. in swimming, Mika will have a required inspection before Maiko can swim. different stuff like that. aside from that, many scenes will be available from doing the quests. The starting quests will be updated and more in depth version of the ones from UMCC.
The boys look like they have a big ego or some shit. Like they enjoy beating down Maiko. Or thinking of it sexually. LOL
Luma’s sister is going to challenge Maiko in a lot of the sports events? Yes I remember the plot where Luma’s sister gets into Maiko’s face about it.
Yeah the guys have egos, even the non named students. Joiry actually has a lot more HP than Jeni thoguh. Literally the only girls in the club are Jeni, Maiko, and Pattie. Luma just dresses up and hangs around at times.
Luma’s sister and other students that were added later will added to UMCC later won’t be in the initial release. It is a bit too much. So for the time being I will focus on the original batch of students then add in Stacy and others later. Some of the mini games will be updated after they are added. Yeah Luma’s sister will be all up in Maiko’s face heh.
