For any wondering if I plan to updates ARIA they answer is yes. ARIA is more or less done but not polished and has a few bugs. So I wont be adding more sex scenes but I want to fix it various other things after I’m done fixing up UMCH.
Below are a list of things I plan to do with it:
- update the interface
- fix a issue on the main menu where certain text does not show
- add animations for the characters on the main menu screen
- make the progression more gradual where the first few levels are a a bit more easy to complete.
- fix the issues where you can get stuck with no food and the girls won’t make any more.
- lessen the amount of copied sex scenes.
- update the appearance of all space ships.
- take out a few things that don’t seem to be used if at all, like the scene editor.
- add sounds effects to the sex scenes
- swap/add bgm
- make the Agent girls bodies match their updated Agent Trainer looks more.
- make Luma’s stats scale based on rank or some other stat.
- want to takes a look at the side scrolling levels and fix shooting the laser. I may or may not just take all of that stuff out and focus on the space battle stuff.
- add voice and dialogue that describes the planets.
- fix any grammar/spelling issues I find or made aware of.

Wow, looks like you have plenty of work to do. it is much appreciated that you haven’t forgoten about ARIA, as good as UMCH is, I like the rogue agents’ storyline the best. speaking of which, if possible, the one addition I really think would benefit ARIA would be more dialogue in general, your idea of having the girls describe the planets is cool but I mean more story related dialogue.

Does that mean some scenes will be cut?
yeah I always get shit about it but not everything makes into the end during the development cycle. towards the end I just added a bunch of the same animations with head swaps just for the sake of having them. but they are really redundant. some animations will be removed but all the sex scenes with the character will remain, and no unique animation will be taken out.
I don’t really get the criticism but as long as all the girls are still available I guess it’s fine.
When it comes to the side scrolling ship espionage there would either be an overhaul from scratch or the removal.
Otherwise you can make a simplified version of a metroidvania style game. You already have that but if anything a faster form of what the game already has that runs more fluid would be best. If it stays in the game.

unfortunately I don’t. however I plan to start after UMCH is wrapped up.
