  1. It was difficult for me but I’m not used to playing games like this on computer so it might just be a matter of getting used to.
But I like it. It’s very promising. The space ship part was fun.

    1. Thanks glad you liked it. what part seemed to difficult? I know in a actual I would make like this. where be tutorial levels. basically like moving and looking at first. then picking up items. then shooting. gradual learning of controls.

      1. For me it was the zombies. I was pretty slow at getting my aim ready but when I start shooting at them, they seem to catch up to me then I can’t shoot them because they get too close and hit me whenever I try to aim.
Unless I’m meant to run past to my ship? I died to them a few times so I just did that instead.

  2. pretty cool game, and works okay, but the ship controls are pretty hard to use, took like a minute to do a full turn, so may want to look at that a bit in the future, and had a weird transition after the ship fight to just floating in a white void, otherwise pretty cool, look forward to seeing what you can do with it in the future

    1. Thanks I think I fixed the issue after the ship fight. I will upload a new version after I figure out how to make enemies that do ranged attacks. Then from there I think i will have what I need to actually make something for real.

  3. Yeah, if you are going to do this for real you’ll need to fix hit boxes as there were plenty of times I couldn’t aim cause I was blocked by corpses, headshots are near impossible, and I’ve managed to miss at point blank range. Also an all keyboard flight control option would be nice, as the current keyboard mouse is twitchy (Not everyone has joysticks). And a killzone for when you fall is better then falling forever. I also managed to accidentally close the whole game several times attempting to exit inventory. After you kill the shield boss that is it right?

I know this was a concept test so most of that you’d already know to fix but still wanted to say cause it would suck if any of that wound up in an actual game. But bottom line I would love to play an actual game like this.

    1. Thanks for the feedback, yeah in this demo the aiming laser actually hit’s the invisible detection sphere the enemies have heh. I fixed in a more recent, yet unreleased version, and it makes head shots much easier.

I’m not sure if i want to have a melee component or not. Sure ARIA girls can melee but as far as game mechanics go idk. I want players to go find ammo etc. and shoot critical weak points on targets.

can have a killzone for falling but in a more complete game there would be walls and stuff to prevent falling off.
