\nThanks for the replies on the previous posts. In the future I will try my best not engage people. However I do still want to share some of the stuff that gets sent to me. I will post maybe one more and call it a day. Because I have TONS more important thing that require my attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we have something sent to me today. Not much to say here. everything is summarized in the reply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that I don’t disagree with some of the points. Vandread is very far from perfect. But writing a 30 min to a hour long review for a games I made 5 years ago, you need to at least leave 5\/10 or something for me to even take you seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

if the game was 1\/10 you wouldn’t have had that much stuff to write about to begin with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

lets review.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) Vandread LQ has over 7000 words of dialogue written over 3 months. Too bad it doesn’t mean anything to this person. it is “very dull indeed”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Missing the purpose of making the same scenes for all girls. It is done that way so your favorite character is included in all of the sex scenes available in the game. It has always been controversial in my work, often viewed as lazy, but done intentionally for the aforementioned reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) they remember stuff you already gave them. it is not common in most date games created in 2010. I’m not sure how this is bad. but this game is too old for this to be a concern. a lot of the other complaints will have this response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) Auto save? really?. for a hentai date sim flash game made in 2010… just think about that for a minute and let it sink in. on top of the fact this game started development around 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) It might have been a easy thing to implement a the time. but this game is too old for this to be a concern currently. it is also highly recommended to read the author sections and\/or any readmes before playing the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6) No I can’t, better have your stuff together before committing to the date, know all the information about the girl, have your gifts ready, etc. Also you can’t keep talking and taking pictures in other games published around this time period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7) I’m usually on the fence about this, but it too old of a game to be concern now. I would suggest getting headphones, it will help in other situation also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10) doesn’t realize that in dating games around this time period and in the game specifically, you need to raise stats to get the girl to even bother talking to you, and go on dates, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11) It is not in her character in the Anime it was based on to bang the protagonist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nit really helps to give suggestions. and that is assuming the game isn’t already 5 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14) this person already said he can’t complete the game in the time allowed, so why does he want more stuff to do that wastes time? also there is a tutorial mode that lets players practice moving around and stuff before a battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15) then don’t play it. and certainly don’t spend time ranting about it. It is a game that is not even remotely designed for a quick wank. “so disappointing”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16) I made a game about a anime. common sense should tell this person it helps to watch\/know about what happens in the anime first. why is this question even asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and at the end of this long rant pooping on the 5 year old game by comparing it to modern day stuff, he writes stuff like “sorry I’m so innocent! I just can’t help it! I might be wrong!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

stop it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m summary, I don’t mind negative reviews. It shows people care enough about it to even bother leaving a long winded reply in hope of making it a better game. that can be good at times for some hard critique. But at the very least, check the date first to see if the complaints are even still relevant in the first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vandread has a background story, and and groans, and not censored. at the time this was arguably my best game.
