IDK if you’re taking suggestions but I’ll leave a few here.
More breast sizes. Replace “Jumbo” with “Extra Large” and make a size bigger that would be called “Jumbo”.
If/When we can do more with custom characters (shower,sex,etc) make it so breast size is the same as penis size for males to make the customized characters code more universal
Ideas for penis size could be Chris for Small and Coach Tom for Jumbo.
Custom clothes for custom characters. They are custom characters after all.

public sex in the bookstore wouldn’t be consistent with how the cafe works because you are not allowed to have sex acts in the mall. It is why you can’t do it when the agents are there. same thing for tech shop, unless it is hidden like in the cafe.
if your going to add an orgy to the sex club you also need to add a glory hole and peep hole for the sack of the classic school sex club.
peep hole allows you to see the sex club acts from afar community work, sex training, orgy, and threesome (one of them would do, probably community work do to it just being the doggy position which you already have)
glory hole is just a classic. three options a hand job, a blow job, and sex for the animation of the hand and blow job you use the animation from prostitution act 1 and 3 and for sex you just use the sex act 2 scene for sex. just adding a hole and a wall to cover the males body

The dilemma with the big boobs are that they would only work with side animations, however currently all I have for importing is frontal hair. And I am trying to reduce the complexity of what is required to make custom characters.
Did you try the scene editor in the link I had there? I think customs would be better in future games.

oh, also text for friends and npc when talking to clubs and teachers if you have them in your party. also after workout, class, getting rid of agents and job text for when you finish the task. for example after finishing work at the book store the shop keeper hits on you (he is a perv to start with). just as an added bones i liked the student council quest i found them vary fun and entertaining and i would not mind seeing more of them in the game. even a bit more to them if possible. i like having a nice story in a game i like to play. it keeps it less repetitive and you all ways want to find out what this person says in every different situation. that’s is what makes simulation games so entertaining compared to the normal games.
when you enter clubs they already have different text if certain people are with you, this is also true for teacher offices. I just didn’t do everybody because it seem unnecessary. Not everyone would say anything notable just because you walked into a certain clubroom.

I will need to hold off on that until a sequel or something. That would be a nightmare to program into the game as it is. This would be a lot easier if the game was simply designed to have that in it from the start.

I thought about this a bit. I think I can get away with it if I make the custom characters do the same actions as the yuri at home with the dildos. those actions are genderless assuming the person receiving remains as Maiko. the I don’t have to do gender checks. Well it is a good place to start I think at least.
Personally when I first saw your post about custom characters, I really thought it was Maiko character customizations lol. Maybe you can consider that?
customize Maiko in what way? I have a custom shirt for her, but I really want to keep her basic body features the same for various reasons, things such as voluptuous and orange’ish color hair, green eyes, etc.
One reason why I don’t have her customizable currently is because I would need to update her in every other place in the game and is a lot of work to do. Mainly the hentai parts. I don’t even have her long hair option in showing up in every part yet currently >< and that is just a single alternate hair style option. also adding bigger or smaller breasts for her would literally be a nightmare for me. again I would have to go back and change everything, and even change the text so it makes sense somewhat (most people in game talk her big boobs). generally.... it is a snowball effect that I want to avoid. I am trying to focus on moving forward and add in more stuff, as opposed to going back and editing and changing old stuff. another reason why I don't have her customizable is because of the sexual objectification she endures in the game. And I am replaying to the player that "you are stuck in this body". And since many characters in the game describe her physically, she needs to look the way she looks. (example: get you big cow tit's out of the way Maiko). It almost sounds you done like the character that much? Or want some kind of Saints Row, Skyrim or Mass Effect style custom main character builder thing? I'm not sure what to tell you but I'm not that interested in have that much level of customization. perhaps in a different game. But explaining what specific customization you are talking about would help me at least understand what you want better, instead of me just guessing at it. Thanks.
