Vortex00 just some smaller stuff. I think I have a good idea about a few changes I need to make from testing today. in area 2 the struggle was pretty real after I forgot to save up for EMP or even at least a bomb.
it might not make sense but these is the current store in the space station. there will be some story elements there also if I can get it done in time that will give random small boosts.
there also two to three other options I need to add to this and it should be good to go.
I’ll probably have a space station in area 2 6 and 8, maybe 10 so people can more easily prepare the last fight. any other station will probably be abandoned.

The new UI looks more like ARIA, more technology, and circles as buttons is more beautiful (this is what I think hehe, I don’t know why but I like more circle)

And Phia recruiting agents at free time is very OP, just need to buy the upgrade and you begin to get Resource from merc and BOOM, resource inf.
And this shop (black market or something ?) looks better than jeo capture an agent to do things with her, Buy agents very good. And this update is more focused on money at my look, with money you will be invencible hehe. And this agent of this picture omg later you will put her on the game ?.
And a thing, after you do this update, why don’t you put someone to update ARIA monthly?, and you will have more time to create other games and MMD videos :D, and time in time you take ARIA and do an update like this.
cook replaces the make food option and they have the option to do it if they are free.
yeah i might have it where they order all the orders even they don’t like them, but can reject doing anything during free time. currently they can reject anything though.
yes Phia getting mercs during free time is a bit broken. Also it is not really clear where they even come from. I might have it where she may get a few after being raided if you are successful. you will at least be able to talk to her for now.
This agent is part of Amp’s rebel group. you can tell from the things they sell they are good at fighting off GemCo and avoiding them when necessary. yes it sort of like a black market. She is random girl I made up but can be expanded on later. she already has a lot of lore just based on her affiliation with Amp’s group.
It never crosses my mind ot have someone else update ARIA, but the idea isn’t impossible. It seems easier said then done because finding a (reliable) adult game programmer is difficult from what I gather. But most updates don’t take nearly this long. This update lays down some foundation for other smaller, less game changing updates.
I like the shop girl, she’s um… got 2 big items not listed for sale lol. I’m OK with her being expanded on later. Plus someone was asking for girls with different skin types so this works.
I hope she’s the type to maximize Khalei absorption with the usual code, if you get my drift.

Is the store completely replacing the research? It looks like most of the key stuff is there except nova/matrix/mLaWs. I hope it will still be available, liked having my own private Q-branch.
Will A.I. robot be replacing attack ships? If so will TT still inately send out ships w/out the upgrade?
the research will remain exactly as it is. nothing is replaced.
this is separate and accessible from the map in select areas.
AI robot is not purchasable in this yet. looks like in need to move the button off-screen for now or something. ignore the AI robot text heh.
Well you’ve had the robot animation for awhile now. Can just make it purchasable for sex stuffs for now.
Yeah I finally created a place where I can add it into the game where it can make sense. It will have some dialogue scenes also. I didn’t want to just randomly put it in there.
Just noticed in the graphic that “Ship Upgrade” still lists it as increasing space

these are the last changes I need to make. somehow I broke the burst laser function. that TT and Luma have. I’ll probably take out the smaller lasers also if I can’t fix them.

burst lasers not working
While you’re under the hood looking at lasers, the lasers fired from nodes that Ari captures hasn’t worked in like ever.
Actually burst lasers not working might be a blessing in disguise for some people. I noticed on my old laptop that all the nodes getting attacked at once is a major cause of the slowdown and lockups that some people are experiencing. It’s part of the game and I’m not saying remove it, just pointing it out in case the lag problems ever become a severe issue. Having the enemy ships cycle through all of the nodes instead of attacking them all at once would probably fix it.

cycling changes the difficulty a bit so I’d rather not do that atm.
I went back to 2.2b to try to find the problem I’m having now and can barely even navigate the main screen lol
