Okay, so that’s over twice as large as the canvas that I’ve been using on my RWBY OC. I had taken a screenshot from the AA2 creator for the pose and I tried to make it bigger without causing a massive amount of lag for anything I tried to do. I think the details have been going well, but I have difficulty adding details in general. I’ve pretty much been conditioned to work with small canvases since it wasn’t until recently that I’ve had more than the margins and backs of school handouts to work with. Hell, your characters’ outfits seem more detailed than the one I gave her and they cover maybe 10% of the actual character!
They all have weapons also that I haven’t even drawn yet. Yeah I used to work on smaller stuff also, but you have to just get used to zooming in and out when drawing digitally.
i think the idea of adding gadgets is cool, it just bothers me that she is wearing the goggles over her glasses, looks kinda awkward.
also, not really an issue but i was wondering why you chose that “mechanical” retro style for the goggles (overall, not referring to TT’s in particular) instead of a more modern minimalist aesthetics as seen on the rest of the suit
btw, I dont think i have mentioned this yet but those long coat’s design are awesome
Good? It came out GREAT!
Thanks~
Very impressive! They’re not pretty, but they get the job done. SO MUCH DETAIL. How big does the canvas have to be to put in all that detail?
Thanks~ canvas is about 2.5k x 4k for the whole character.
