Been working with ttrop on a new smaller scale game. It’s going to be a trainer type game. Since I have never made one before I was interested in trying to make one. Not really looking to copy anything or be similar to this or that. Just trying to make something I think will be fun. Managing the girl in ARIA kind of touches on this a little bit. The girls here a redesigned from ARIA basic agents and the setting takes place before ARIA.
You are a Agent Trainer at Rinoga’s GemCo academy! You will need to recruit all these girls and train them up to meet the requirements of different GemCo executives and investors to keep them happy. The investors are all evil and selfish looking for personal gain only, so it will a challenge (hopefully) trying to manage.
The way you go about doing this is up to you. I was thinking the stats are similar to ARIA. you have Respect, Fatigue, Obey, Combat, Food, and maybe Charisma. if not Charisma maybe Charm.
Respect – how well the girl likes you overall.
Fatigue – how tired the girl is.
Obey – the likelihood of the girl obeying the next order give to her.
Food – how hungry the girl is.Combat – Used to increase percent chances of completing combat missions.
Charm – Used to increase percent chance of completing civil missions
Smarts – All mission percentages will increase based on smarts, some missions are only affected by smarts.
As mentioned you till have long term objectives of appeasing the GemCo Execs but you will also have short term goals to accomplish by certain deadlines.
I’m thinking you only start off with one girl. For other girls to sign up you need to have high Public Relation at the academy and they will sign up for recruitment over time. That involves getting Charm up and assigning the girl to do tasks that raise the PR of the academy. You will also need to send the girls to handle various public unrest so they will need combat. You can make each girl specialize in something or however train them up however you want. You can get to know them better so they want to follow your orders or you can be hard and punish them to force them to do stuff similar to ARIA. You can also ask or force them to always greet you with her tits out or in a string bikini. From time to time I also think the execs will request a little “fun time” with your agents. It is up to you to appease the execs by sending them off and losing her for a while or keeping the agents all to yourself.
I’m interested to know people thoughts on this and if you have any ideas please post them. once I get some ideas I will can make a small playable version probably in a day or so after starting.
Wow nice new type of game a sim manager type of game. I think having to report to Rinoga and she tells you the results. Ether your doing a good job or a bad job. There are times she screams at you for fucking up the results. Your in danger of getting fired. Think Sim City for the Super Nintendo. The one guy that is a helper with green hair.

Yep Ringoa will be in it, you will work directly under her. She will want you to keep the academy in good condition and probably generally persuade you to find other sources of money besides the execs since she hates relying on them to finance the school.
In ARIA you can “Train” for free but here it will probably cost resources or whatever the currency is. Some execs will have perks like free (sponsored) training etc for certain stats as long as they are happy.
you can probably eventually turn on Rinoga or turn on the execs based on how you play. But idk heh. if you turn on Rinoga Phia will probably snipe you heh.

was working on ARIO yesterday and be again today. I’ll see where I’m at after today.
ran into issues when working on ARIO. It seems like ARIO is way too big already, it barely compiles, I have to close every open program on my computer to compile it. And I think i will need to move files to a different PC to comfortably add more space for RAM. I have been making my games larger resolution thoguh. I’ll have too try converting the animations into a video and see if it helps. will work it more today.
So exactly how large a game are you making here? Are you going to have a huge amount of H-scenes depending on events and varoius statistics or are you just trying to keep this small time with repeatable scenes? Cause almost all the trainer games I’ve ever played have been pretty big.
Also depending on what your plans are you could have a sex stat and be able to train them in that and it would effect how much they please whoever they have to ‘obey’ when you lend them out.
I’m not really trying to follow whatever is the most common way of doing it so the size just depends on the ideas. Once ideas are collected I can see what I am really going for here and how much of a impact it will have on other projects. This is not my main focus so I think I can make something fairly small but still seems complete and works. And we can see whee it goes from there Atm I just want to try out different things.
The sex stat is good idea I can add that. Maybe players need to send multiple girls to satisfy them. or leave the girl in there for multiple turns/days/etc until they complete it. same could be for combat, etc. You as the trainer can personally train them in that but you get tired idk.
As for the H scenes I’ll probably have generic sex orders for each girl perform in their own way. like “play with my penis” could be one order and it could be bj, titfuck, handjob etc depending on the girl. then probably a normal sex order and punish sex. there are 7 girls maybe 3 are hidden so perhaps 30 scenes or so. Would probably be images so ttrop can get them done faster.
UMCH for example as basically all animated scenes, by the time the planned stuff in that game it completed it will have well over 30 completely different animated scenes. but it takes a long time for the animation, writing, etc. It is where I feel like most of my time should be. Along with stuff for the Rookie. But I still want to do little fun projects on the side since I have more time to do them now.
Well if your going to have just 3 scenes for each girl for a certain command I would suggest some unique images.
Another thing you can try for this trainer game is since your going to keep the amount of images small and animations non-existent you can experiment with larger amounts of text for H-scenes. This may push you a bit out of your envelope cause I’m thinking like a few paragraphs for H-scene. Its a good and less time-intesive way to legnth the game I think. Doesn’t hurt that I like a large amount of text lol.
The scenes will unique from each other across different characters as much as possible yes. Depending on the current stats the character could have a different facial expression and have different dialogues for multiple punishments for example. I’m still thinking about how it could work. But probably having sex with the same girl multiple time would not be what the game is centered around. Basically I’m thinking by the time the girl wants to have sex outside of being forced to or a punishment. you’d be pretty much have the character trained by that point. Maybe after they pass some kind of exam or something. Writing is actually a fairly time intensive process too thoguh. At least for me.
I like it. Expanding on the idea of PR you could have other permanent “positions” that give you and all your girls a global boost. For example you could have a Combat trainer that adds a % increase to the “train combat” option, a cook that decreases how quickly someone gains fatigue, a teacher or scientist that works similarly to the combat trainer. You could even have ones, like “personal assistant” that requires high obey but low smarts.
As always you need to make sure there are a few random events that will make you lose one of your girls either temporarily or permanently just to mix it up.
I like the idea of having girls fill jobs to give your character boosts. A lot of stat management games involving girls have this feature, unfortunately atm the only ones I can think of involve brothels…
The overall goal of the game should be to produce GemCo agents, but there’s no reason they can’t have a special focus. A girl could take a break from training to cook for a day or work as a medic to help the girls recover faster. Cooking rations and applying first aid would be skills that any agent should have so it would make sense that they do it as part of their training.
You could even have the girls somehow level up doing these side jobs and it could lead to an additional game mechanic. For instance, say one side goal is to train a girl as a combat medic and she would need to be level 3 combat and level 5 medic. Perhaps an agent would need to be trained as some kind of “personal assistant/bodyguard” and she would need level 5 combat, level 3 cooking and level 5 sex. This could lead to some fun training and could have potentially infinite combinations.
At the very least these side jobs could be incorporated into the existing story. For instance TT is a good cook but not great at combat, maybe her training had her focusing on cooking more than combat. Phia is a lousy cook but good at sex and combat, maybe she didn’t get any cooking training and instead focused sex/combat training.

I like the idea. Trainer games are pretty fun and the way you suggested it seems like a logical game in the overall story of your games. These girls have impressive combat skills so it would only make sense that they had a drill instructor at some point.
I’m not to sure about a respect stat. Jeo doesn’t give a shit about the girls in ARIA and I’m thinking a drill instructor would care even less. The character would be teaching the girls to follow orders so the obey stat should be all you need.
I think this is an amazing idea for a game. Hopefully it takes off and you decide to do a big game after all, I think it could really work.
Thanks I was thinking the respect stat would be like, how much you are not doing dumb stuff. For example, if you are sending a girl a complete a medical mission who is not a medic her respect will go down. Or sending a girl to a combat mission with no weapon likewise. If you made decisions that jeopardize their training or have the academy under running. Maybe it can be called something else but it is how they view your competency as a trainer. They don’t want to be trained by a dumbass and Rinoga’s academy is like a school you can change schools.
For the sending agents to ‘please’ execs, you could have each girl have traits for things they’re good at/things they don’t like. (Ex: Blowjob expertise, hates creampies) Execs could have different things they want and getting them girls with matching traits will get bigger rewards and vice versa.
Traits could also apply to physical traits they have, ex: petite, mature, etc.
Maybe some execs could be pricks and ask for girls that don’t want certain things too. (Ex: Wants to creampie a girl that’s scared of getting pregnant.) Reward would be much bigger but the girl would be way less likely to obey and might lower PR.
This is also a good idea and is a staple of girl management games. Girls usually have physical traits (petite, heavy, huge boobs, pettanko etc.) and character traits (shy, outgoing, prude, nympho etc.) and the goal is to match a girl to a client’s request.
The gameplay comes from the fact that you can’t usually change the girl’s physical traits since they describe her but the character traits can change. For instance if a girl is shy but if you have her work PR she will eventually loose the shy trait and possibly gain the outgoing trait. In this game, an exec could request an agent with big boobs who is also shy and a nympho. The goal would be to find a girl who has big boobs and somehow train her to be a nympho without loosing the shy trait. The trainer could gain reputation by providing a girl with all 3, gain a little reputation by providing a girl with some if the 3, or lose reputation for failing to provide a girl within a time frame.

Like some execs could call on your girls for yuri action and you get to see them with Phia, or futa with Remi. Or maybe they could just be npcs that help with raising certain stats. Ex: Combat training with Ari or Khalei manipulation with Bri.
Also making the punishment animation similar to the one in Aria would be nice. I like that animation a lot and I also like that being the standard punishment at gemco.
Yeah I was thinking if you Appease Harold for Example, you have limited access to Arielle. Rinoga for Phia, Natan for TT, and Phil for Bri. Not sure about Luma team. This game would probably take place before Amp side story, UMCC/CH, ARIA all of that. So I know for sure Riley was not a agent yet. Lynn probably was, Luma maybe. Probably better to stick to the main 4 girls and Remi to keep it simple for now.

Trainer games are a pretty popular genre so it makes sense that you would go for it. I think having one main girl that can choose at the beginning would be a good idea, since it can promote replayability especially if you add extra scenes for your first girl.

Looking good so far, might be nitpicking but maybe describe the girls as curvy instead of chubby. Means the same thing but has a nicer connotation.
Also there should be a way to increase obey outside of just missions. The punish option from ARIA is fine but maybe not as severe since it’s training and not disobedience during a combat operation. Maybe instead of maxing out obey and fatigue it gives a moderate bonus to obey for like a 50% increase in fatigue. Punishing girls could also give them a Masochist trait, it could do something like give increased bonus to obey but decrease combat effectiveness since the girl would get turned on by getting beaten. Conversely you could have the girls punish other girls and possibly gain a Sadist trait which would increase combat effectiveness but decrease overall obey chance.

Yeah I probably should’ve looked back over the existing ones before posting those. Will remember that if something like this comes up again.
The doubling was meant to be based on the change in obey for the orders you give. Like in Aria Phia doesn’t like fighting so her obey would drop a bit after that but sex would bring it up. The idea of Moody was just to double the changing increments, so doing stuff they like raises the obey a lot and doing things they don’t like lowers it a lot too.

the time of day, among other things can have effect on the assignment
For example assignments involving the character sex stat will gain the most amount of points or potential during the night.
combat missions may be dangerous during the night due to visibility.

many assignments might require several tasks before they are completed.
for example a combat mission might require 100 points of combat to be completed.
a character with 20 combat on the mission solo will need 5 tasks of time before the mission is complete.
They can work through the whole day and night or just work on that assignments during certain parts of the day.

you can call the agent to report to the academy at any time. to change their orders.
you also get a chance to chance the agents orders each night.
there is chance the girl will not do a order based on her obey stat and instead do something else.
