I see your trying to out best the MMD: Lamb (topless) video you made. Anyways this one the uniform have nice animation of it’s own. The blur effects is nice, the blur effect can work more in animation in fight scenes. When the character hits the other guy or who ever it is. The other blocks a eco effects plus a blur effect what you did in this video. Can make action fights more interesting in the future.
not really trying out out best anything here heh. I just randomly wanted to make a a MMD video today. Not a lot of thought went into this surprisingly. But I am becoming more familiar with what my style is.
@Eriot
so mostly PV stuff I see. I could add PV elements into my videos, I just haven’t put enough time into them just yet.
Most of the tutorials for MMD are in pictures. And the buttons you need to press are circled in the picture. because most English speaking people don’t know Japanese anyways. so there is a language barrier either way you approach it. Sadly, if there is any text included, then it will also probably be in the picture XD. so you cant translate it normally lol. There are free phone apps that can translate text in pictures thoguh. That is a lot of work just to learn MMD lol.
And if navigating that site confuses you which ones to click than here is a zip I made to make it easier for all off you. The zip comes in 3 files 2 are the english, one is with the miku 3D model already up. The other is the updated english one v524 that doesn’t have a 3D model open at all and the third is the original MMD that is in Japanese. http://www.ugoupload.net/SP1/MMD_English.zip
Anyways these open source community try to make it make it be more as friendly as it can be. Having all the options in front of your faces.
True, let me clarify. when I mentioned MMD I actually meant the PMD and PMX editor for MMD. You need these tools to do anything that requires any customization above simple texture swaps and recolors.
There is also a different English version of MMD is something called MMM (Miku Miku Moving). It also the stuff to get the kinect working built right into it. I still prefer to use the Jap version thoguh.
Good news there is a English patch of PMDEditor. Well he use Google Translator to input it in English better than nothing. Well I guess no more confusing of what each button do. Well who knows how good these English patches is…
Well derp in my part here is the link to the guy who translated it having all the links of his PMDEditor Tool. Forgot to put the actual link before. LOL
Nice. Looks like someone converts a new one every so often I guess then. at this point thoguh the English version looks very weird with english letters and stuff lol.

It was short and sweet lol. I have longer songs I still need to make. But it will be after I finish fixing errors in umcc.
so… weren’t you supposed to be making mmd videos too ? >__>
what clips were you referring to?
