I think at say, happiness 20 it would be easier. but ppl would be crazy to do that for every girl.

Make a backup of your save, via USB drive or PS+ cloud storage.
Go into the game and do whatever task you want. Roulette or high risk gifting.
If it fails, quit the game and restore your save file from your backup.
Try your task again.
With this people are making bigger bets on the casino and doing that for gifts/tickets tries.
