  1. I see your adding platform into it a point A to point B type to reach. By the looks of it. You keep falling off the pit. LOL

  2. It is true that the ARIA scrolling part is point A to point B with it’s own method of getting there, blowing up doors and turrets, etc. The concept still seems to be enjoyed even thoguh it is similar to so many other existing games. However I didn’t see any desire to be super creative there because it this simply is a small subset of the main nano wars and rpg/date simulation game that ARIA really is.

DoE is it used only marginally. As I tried to explain in the video. A boss could be standing in the middle, or floating around the screen, and could be destroying the platforms forcing the player to move back and fourth between platforms. Beat the boss and you win. in that scenario you don’t need to travel to the side of the screen you just need to complete the objective like in the umcc scrolling mini I am working on.

The only H game I have played so far that has done the concept of jumping to different platforms to fight a boss I think was just Iris Action. Nothing else comes to mind though correct me if I am wrong. Most games when you fight the boss the area you fight the boss in is just a big open area. And I have not seem destructible terrain on a boss fight in a H game at all.

  3. I got fired up to both those games after watching the gameplay, i enjoy plataform games much more than fighting and that made me like DoE much more than before. Aria looks cool enough on how it is, but DoE can get really awesome. I still prefer 2D and the main art style, but its your call to change for 3d, heh. I think i posted this before, but I cant stop thinking it can become like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pTILjc2sOJM
But with enemies you have to fight and go back and forth on the stage. The girls could rip their clothes on windows and such. The possibilities are endless, heh.
