  1. I think it felt pretty smooth. I don’t get outright stopped anymore from hitting the wall which is a plus lol. Not sure if that new to this update but i like it. Also its totally playable with one hand, a must in this genre! Props, it’ll be a fun addition. Can’t wait!

  2. Cool game. But maybe it could be nice if she could turn in a smoother way, maybe if the left/right directions would give a “turning acceleration”, like, the longer you press the button the faster you turn, and when you release the button, you turn less, and less, and stop turning. It could make it feel a little more like swimming.
But I also like it like that, it’s easy to play and enjoyable.

  3. I can play it fine with the splash effect and high quality setting, but the water effect setting really bogs it down. With it on I couldn’t get half a lap of course 1 done in 45 seconds, but with it off I could do a full lap in 7 seconds.

    1. Yeah I don’t think the water ripple will effect will make it into the final build. it is something flash is bad at handling.

  4. Plays good, the course is too large for my display though. So I can’t see where I’m going without scrolling with the mouse.

      1. yeah, it did it to me too. cuts the bottom off so you have to split the frame to see what you are doing lol. thought it was just my potato computer’s fault xD

  5. Apart from the little issue with scrolling, I thought it worked quite well. One thing I’d like to see in the full game is lots and lots and lots of different pool stages. To keep things interesting.

    1. This game isn’t planned to be super big like UMCH or anything, just something kinda fun. This game maybe similar in scope as Female Rivalries. There are 5 planned courses and 2 different pools that depend on what team you play as. I might have some highscore stuff based on this also.

  6. The mini game feels more smooth now. The speed is good, maybe a bit smaller (by 5% or so).
Suggestions at the top of my head:
Have the training or medals affect the drag time (when Maiko hits the edge of the course).
Have the training or medals affect the swim speed.
At the option for Khalei gem use, through which she gets something like a small Nitro boost, but ends up with her swimsuit pulled down or something like that.
During a race: Make some pop-up texts on the edge of the screen with cheers for either Maiko or whomever she’s competing against.

    1. Thanks for the feedback. I’ll have to think about this. I wanted to make this game overall very simple to play and follow along. However dialogue text popups certainly wouldn’t add any complexity.

      1. Regarding the pop-up text they could be something like this:
        Way to go Maiko!
        Keep it up, girl!
        Don’t you lose, (opponent’s name)!
No! Swim faster! (if Maiko is lagging)
I bet on you, so don’t you dare lose! (if Maiko is way behind)
        Come on! You can win!
        SHE WON! (if she won)
Good job, Maiko! (if she won)
Way to go! (if she won)
        Nooo! (If she lost)
        Too bad… (If she lost)
I had my hopes shattered. (If she lost)
        M-My m-money… the bet… (if she lost)
Kyle: Just a little more Maiko, I need a good angle for that shot!
(random guy): Look at those erm… floating devices!
(random guy): The bounciness is purrfect!
(random guy): I’m glad I voted for the use of those swimsuits!

        1. Thanks for the ideas. there are actually no guys here other than Ace. Could possibly be a Kyle cameo but I’m not sure about it.

  7. How’s UMCH getting on? Are you planning to post the full version to patreon first, or is it going to be available for everyone?
