Like always the 3D model looks perfect, the background is dark looks like her room or something. The dark blue shadow kind of match her. The only thing is there should of been shadow light effect around her. She should of look blue. What I mean is if the room is dark that she should of blend in that darkness. It looks like she is dancing on daylight, grab her paste her in the BG that is dark.
Wow I actually had a critic? No biggie I know that MMD does have limitation as a 3D animation tool. Compare to the likes of 3D max. So for using a tool that is limit for what you made the video is nice.
I think to remade the limitation you could of had some flash light aim at her. To justify the light effect of the 3D model around her. By carefully matching a light that fights it the effect she have. By the way what room is that in the BG?
Thanks for the feedback, yeah I just have a light source so you can actually see her. It doesn’t really go beyond that logic heh.
I had it dark when I first started and didn’t like how it looked because you barely see her. Originally I was going to have light coming from the window on the side but was too lazy.
The bg is not really meant to be anything specific. It’s a bedroom but I took the bed out because it had some super weird shading and texture issues.
question is it hard to animate this kinda stuff. was wandering I probably asked this before vortex senpai sry if i have asked but my memory is as bad a gold fish so that saying goes. main reason why i ask coz if you can animate this kinda stuff you should try making a short film for fun but I wouldnt know half the stuff and effort it would take to make such a thing. besides Im sure ya got way cooler prjects your working anyway hehe I loof forward to seeing them Vortex senpai :). sorry if I asked such a silly question
Yes I think this is the third time you have asked me about this.. lol.
this animation just something I downloaded. if you google “breathe on me mmd” you will see the same motion with other models.
nice sorry i asked so many times tho I really have a shocking memo when it comes to things i should probably drop the info i get from you in a note pad or something like a diary or something but its great to see your doing some neat things on ya projects and ect. I just watched one of the latest one that you posted and gotta say i love those facial expressions. did you make those ones by any chance if so those facial expression are very good nether the less. I been doing a few scetches now and the doing more from scratch with no refrence images to guild me so some turn out well you know just horrible others turn out pretty good its kinda a gamble for me when i try to create a pose from scratch
Amazing job, the old videos were really good, but there is a lot of improvement in this one, especially small details such as objects that aren’t clipping into each other anymore.

Damn it I actually have more thoughts. LOL

I have a few motions I made myself here.

It not hard if you understand how to animate with a bone structure in general. However it is very time consuming.
as far as a short film. I have made Umichan Dark winter 3D

and I will make the ARIA intro once I get Phia and TT done.

Yeah I made those facial expressions, and yeah without references if you don’t know anatomy that well it can really be a hit or miss.

Yeah in this video a took a little bit of time to work out some of the usual clipping, not all of it, but it seems at least it is noticeable.
