  1. WOW, not bad!
    Looking great. The school looks good but a tad out of place. school has a more “realistic” look while character’s are more “toon’y”, but honestly I don’t mind.

    You really went mad on the dress and hair didn’t you! lol.
    Dress is a little messy as you said, might be that you did a bit too much to it. HAhaha.
    Hair looks great!

    Animations are ok.
    Idle animations look like there running like 5X too fast, maybe try them a little slower?
    Walk animation is great!
    Running animation is amazing from all angles except from behind, maybe a little less shoulder twisting?

    1. yeah it has too much physics. It works well in mmd but not so much in unity. The idle animation is a test mostly yeah it is way too fast. But i have a good idea about how it needs to be. Thanks for the feedback. I’ll work on it a bit more

    1. should be soon. it doesn’t take me too long to do unity3d stuff despite having to learn almost everything from video tutorials. it still takes time than drawing lol. I actually forgot I recorded part of the process of me making this. maybe i will post it later.

  2. Well it’s a start man, for now this isn’t cannon to anything. Nothing but a test the way I see it. The polygons on Maiko go all over the place. It’s understanding since it was ported from MMD.

    I see doing bits and pieces of hentai to than later use them for something else. If anything you can mimic Umichan Maiko V1 that have the mini and the pazuri than extend and mimic UM v2 of that little story plot with the hentai mini to that other mini Maiko on top into the story attack the sentinel. Would make for good practice trying to emulate the 2D flash into the 3D flash. Just for testing. Than there is the Umichan Maiko Deluxe cancel story plot. That was never added.

    I did travel around the school grounds to see each area. Very interesting place. Yeah a teleporting to different locations would work for testing and trying to mimic the hentai stuff of the flash. Best of luck to you Vortex00.

    1. yeah redoing those umichan flash games I think are easier then doing this because they don’t need colliders since there is no wasd movement. It is what I’ll need to try next even for this game.
      I tried to use the Maiko with colliders and have sex with kyle also with colliders and as soon as I put them close together kyle shot out like a bullet into a building heh.

      also a game where you just walk around and view others having sex is really easy to make.

        Redoing the Umichan Flash of V1 to Deluxe would help build your skill for Unity3D. Plus what you couldn’t do in flash you might be able to do it in Unity3D. So what are your plans?

        1. going to see how I might handle hentai with this since it already experimentation and the environment is already set up. I’ll just do a little at a lime perhaps while taking a break from umch. I’m just trying some stuff out that can translate to any game, even the hentai flash ones. I’m almost positive animation blending 4 animations based on button presses from fixed camera is already within my ability to make. The hardest part, just like crystal horror, would be the title screen heh.

          actually for the umichan flash I need to rethink the mechanics because you can only get so far in that game before it becomes impossible.

          1. I press ESC button for the menu I see there is a list for stuff of list for Side Quest. I think that is cool to keep track for now. For now I can’t enter none of the building or even go up in any roof. I try exploring every part of the area as much as I can.

            Maybe give it a shoot to add the ability of first person mode. Or using a Mini Sentinel in first person. To fly around getting a better view of the area. For just testing looking around the area.

          2. mmh not sure about sentinel because I need to hide stuff from view heh. Or maybe not as much once I can get everything all sorted out and delete object or make them invisible after use. But I think I might be able to find a motion controller for flying stuff. I doubt it would make it into the final game thoguh. It would be basically just something to learn how to do. Switch characters from a ground character to a flying one. Could be useful when getting into a flying vehicle or something for ARIA.

            I actually tried first person mode earlier as it was looking terrible. it is a little tricky because basically it depends on the animation I import from mmd. The head needs to not be moving as much, and basically be in the same place in every walk/run/jump/attack/etc motion. As it is right now the heads move way too much for the camera to handle. the position of the head in walking and running are completely different and the head moves around a lot when running. I would also need to make the face transparent and I haven’t made a custom facial for it or even know how to manage mmd sliders in unity3d via code. I do where to find the info thoguh. It is something on my todo list that will take some time to learn.

  3. pretty good so far, I can see the improvement from that 3D game you put out last time(I forget what it’s called atm, sorry)

    dunno much about unity3D, but somethings from online games ive played in terms of movement and camera, for example one mouse button is to turn the camera in directions according to the mouse, another is the face the character in that direction, and when i press both, the character moves forward(I dunno if any of this stuff im saying is applicable to this, but im just throwing it out there) a toggle run option would be nice (walking was kinda slow to get around).

    some adjustment to the text control(text message speed, like if i push E, instead of skipping to the next line, it will finish the current sentence, then maybe push E again for the next line or something)

    an option to re-map keys would be nice(for any game really, not just this)

    maybe a map with a simple shortcut like pressing M(played too many games where in order to open the map, you need to open a menu, then click several other things just to bring up a map, smh) and your position on the map displayed when open.

    yea the idle animation is a bit fast… it looks like Maiko needs to pee really badly lol.
    btw all this stuff is just ideas i see from other games, I dunno how much can be implemented but they’re just stuff im throwing out there on the table.

    everything looks really good so far, I experianced some lag too but it would prolly be faster if I lowered the quality of graphics a bit, i played it on max settings =p

    1. also is there a way to adjust the camera angles a bit more? like it rotates around maiko well, but when looking from above or from below, the camera doesnt angle that far. just curious

      1. I can try playing with the dialogue settings but it is not coded from scratch, much like the background isn’t made by me. So I only have limited control.

        I think by limiting the physics a bit. I can reduce lag. actually I found a another person talking about it on a forum and I will try his method of deleting some .dll files.

        you can also run by holding shift.

  4. THISE GAME IE AWESOME IV NEVER SEN TISE TYPE OF GAME MADE LIKE THISE IT AMZEBALLS SO FAR. BUT IF I HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING NEGATIVE IS THAT THE SKIRT MOVES TO MUCH AND HER BOOBS AND THAT SAYING A LOT ALSO THAR CONSTENLY MOVING WHEN YOU STOP LIKE THEAR HIRING MUSIC IT ANOYING AS FUCK THAY CHUD JUST STAN STILL OR LOOK AROUND THEAM AND LOOK AT THAR OWN CLOTHES OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

  5. I’ve tried to talk to Kyle after talking to Chris and said yes, but you’re doing all the work, then he said works for me! then what? nothing happened! so confused
